CFP_ ICPSDREE 2026
2026-09-05
In the face of the climate emergency, the integration of clean technologies has become a priority. This conference questions the crucial role of the physics of semiconductor devices as a technological foundation to optimize the conversion and storage of renewable energies. By examining the interaction between these new systems and their impact on the environment, ICPSDREE provides a space for reflection on reducing the carbon footprint and the viability of tomorrow's energy solutions. How can advances in physics transform our energy management while preserving our ecosystems? This is the central question of this conference.
Organized by the University of Bechar in collaboration with SONATRACH, this third edition will take place in hybrid mode (face-to-face and virtual). Its main objectives are:
- Promote scientific exchanges between national and international researchers on semiconductor physics.
- Analyse recent advances in renewable energies and their integration into environmental protection.
- Assess the impact of artificial intelligence on the effectiveness of sustainable development.
- Promote closer gap between the university research sector and industrial partners for the study of the economic feasibility of new technologies.
- Provide a training and development platform for doctoral students and young researchers.
